Seller and service

Salari Career OS is sold and operated by Mike Salari as an individual seller. Career OS provides managed campaign setup, public-job discovery and verification, progressive opportunity delivery, evidence-grounded document assistance, candidate-controlled workflow tools, Interview Room access, and optional browser-extension assistance.

Eligibility and accounts

Candidates must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate account and career information. Access is personal to the verified candidate. A campaign is locked to one evidence-backed role family and cannot be reused as an unrestricted job board. Candidates are responsible for protecting credentials, paired browsers, and devices and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Managed campaigns

The $980 managed campaign includes 12 verified opportunities delivered progressively during a 30-day sourcing window. Salari reviews the proposed role family, market, eligibility, compensation basis, and minimum compensation for feasibility before campaign payment is accepted. A weak, expired, duplicate, wrong-platform, ineligible, or below-boundary role does not count.

Job availability, compensation, work model, location eligibility, and employer requirements can change after verification. Candidates must review the employer’s current posting before applying. Salari does not replace the first 12-role obligation with unrelated or unverified roles.

Campaign add-ons

Additional-role packs become available only after the first 12 verified roles have been delivered. The approved add-ons are three additional verified roles for $225, six additional verified roles for $400, 30 more days of active sourcing for $400, and 30 more days of workspace-only access for $120. Checkout shows the exact scope and price before purchase. An add-on remains bound to the same owned campaign and role-family restrictions.

Interview Room

The standalone $199 Interview Room provides 30 days of written, self-guided access to ten scored answers for one approved role target, with unlimited retries. AI presents bounded follow-ups and scores answers against fixed Salari rubrics. It does not include a live session with Mike, voice interviewing, human review of every answer, unlimited general AI chat, or a guaranteed interview result.

Candidate-controlled applications

Opening an application, preparing a form, and submitting an application are separate events. Salari and its extension may assist with preparation and evidence capture, but the candidate controls every final submission and remains responsible for the accuracy of information sent to an employer.

AI-assisted output

AI-generated summaries, drafts, follow-ups, and scores are assistance based on candidate evidence and Salari rules. Candidates must review drafts before use. Salari may reject unsupported claims and does not authorize candidates to submit invented employers, credentials, metrics, dates, authorization, or experience.

Payment and refunds

Prices, currency, taxes, product scope, and payment timing are shown before purchase. Products are one-time purchases unless checkout clearly says otherwise. A full refund revokes the associated access or unused add-on value. Delivered opportunities and other value already used cannot be erased from historical records merely to recreate entitlement. Rights provided by applicable consumer law are not limited by these terms.

Acceptable use

Candidates may not share or resell access, evade account or campaign limits, search unrelated role families through another person’s campaign, scrape other users’ information, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, misrepresent identity or experience, automate prohibited applications, or use Career OS in violation of law or applicable employer-site terms.

Third-party services

Job postings, ATS platforms, employer sites, Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, and other linked or supporting services have their own availability, privacy practices, and terms. Salari does not control employer hiring decisions or guarantee that a third party will keep a posting, salary, or application process unchanged.

Intellectual property

Salari retains rights in the service, software, verification, ranking and workflow systems, rubrics, documentation, and branding. Candidates retain rights in the CVs, documents, answers, and other content they provide and grant Salari only the permission needed to operate the purchased service.

No employment guarantee

Salari is not an employer, staffing agency, or legal representative of a listed company. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation, response rates, employment, or a particular score improvement.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful conduct. Candidates may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful and documented retention obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Salari is not responsible for employer decisions, third-party outages, changed job postings, or candidate-submitted inaccuracies. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The governing law, venue, legal-notice address, and final consumer-cancellation wording require legal approval before commercial launch.
